We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to oversee all contractor-provided logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB), specifically supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management functions. The Senior Logistics Coordinator has the responsibility to ensure effective communication and coordination between all project participants (including Contractors, subcontractors, and Government). You will: Ensure effective communication and coordination among contractors, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders Oversee logistics activities to support projects of similar complexity to those described in the PWS Coordinate operational requirements across all project participants to maintain smooth logistical workflows Maintain readiness to support tasks requiring forklift, OSHA, MHE, and CAC-based access (per mandatory qualifications) Apply subject-matter expertise developed through extensive logistics management experience (12+ years) to guide daily operations Support Government processes by adhering to all access, safety, and operational compliance requirements as listed in the PWS You might be the professional we're looking for if you have: U.S. Citizenship Twelve (12) years of industry experience in logistics management of at least one (1) project of similar complexity (annual budget of over $5 million, coordinating work across 3 offices in over 7 locations) BS/BA Degree Valid driver's license from a state of the United States Active Material handling equipment (MHE) certified Active OSHA certified Active Forklift certified Obtain and maintain Common access card (CAC) We offer outstanding benefits including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
