Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Electrophysiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology Job Details:• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday• Float required as needed to other units or campuses• Minimum 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS, RCES• Must have experience with arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, insertion/programming of AICDs, left atrial appendage procedures, pacemaker insertion, and tilt table studies• Preferred experience with cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, and conduction studies• Epic charting system experience required• Must pass mandatory EKG exam with 2 attempts allowed• 16 hours of orientation provided• Work in 9 room lab with 2 active EP labs performing ablations, implants, and LAA procedures• Provide direct patient care in Electrophysiology Lab, Catheterization Lab, and holding areas• Maintain strict asepsis during procedures and respond to emergencies• Operate specialty EP equipment and monitoring systems• Complete control room duties and digital archiving of studies• Circulate during elective and emergency procedures• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences Facility:This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiovascular program with advanced electrophysiology services.
