Job Title: Business Analyst - Project Lead (9755) Location: Cayce, SC 29033 Work Mode: Fully Onsite (40 hours/week) Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension) Interview Process: One Round (Virtual/Online Panel) Key Responsibilities System Analysis & Support Analyze and document HR business processes and system workflows. Evaluate and improve business/system processes using industry methodologies. Support and optimize SAP ECC/SCEIS modules. Perform gap analysis (current vs. future state). Assist with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities. Maintain system protocols and update procedures. Testing & Implementation Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT. Support production rollouts and minimize disruption. Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders. Reporting & Data Management Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries using SAP, Excel, and Power BI. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Generate audit and compliance reports. Perform cross-system data comparisons to improve accuracy and efficiency. Training & Documentation Create user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation. Develop training materials for HR staff and end users. Conduct system training sessions. Project Leadership Prepare project plans, schedules, scope statements, and status reports. Facilitate stakeholder meetings. Monitor project progress and manage risks. Maintain SharePoint collaboration sites. Manage work requests in ticketing systems. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FLSA, and state regulatory frameworks. Support IT security standards including NIST 800-53 and FISMA. Assist in policy and procedure development related to cybersecurity and data governance. Follow agency IT standards and DPH security policies. Required Skills 5+ years of experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business/system processes. 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems. 3+ years of experience with State HR/Payroll processes and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FLSA). 5+ years of experience creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation. 3+ years of experience with reporting and dashboard creation using SAP or Power BI. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Preferred Skills Experience with NIST industry-standard information security practices. Experience with IT implementation projects. Public sector/government experience (preferred). Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field OR 10 years of equivalent work experience.
