ProSidian Seeks a Business Consultant | Business Analysis & Organizational Support for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Working On-Site (Client Site) in The Washington, DC Area Contract Contingent generally located across the Washington, DC Across The United States Mid-Atlantic Region supporting USCG CG-PSC modernizing mission support; needs change management, analytics, and portfolio governance support. We seek Business Consultant | Business Analysis & Organizational Support candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as USCG. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Business Analysis & Organizational Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Program Management And Analytical Support Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Provide services and support as a Business Consultant [Program Management And Analytical Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site). Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Supporting Categories: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategic Planning & Performance Management Business Transformation & Process Improvement Program & Project Management (PMO / Portfolio Management) Governance, Facilitation, and Executive Communications Data, Analytics, and Decision-Support Enablement (non-IT systems modernization) Supports change-management and performance-measurement efforts, compliance assessments, team coordination, and senior briefingscommonly analytical/consulting scope with assesses compliance; coordinates teams; provides executive-level briefings. Responsibilities and duties include: Support change management execution (communications, training support, adoption tracking, stakeholder engagement). Support performance measurement (KPI definitions, data collection/validation, reporting, and insights). Assess compliance and policy alignment for process changes and deliverables; document findings and recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; track actions, risks, and dependencies; maintain project artifacts. Draft and deliver executive-level briefings and decision-support materials. This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Defense, And Security Sector and Business Consultant Candidates principally support Business Analysis & Organizational Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines. Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Business Analysis & Organizational Support Functional Area Activities. -Support OCM execution (stakeholder engagement support, communications, training coordination, adoption tracking) '-Support performance measurement (metric definitions, data collection/validation, reporting and insights) '-Compliance assessment of process Strong written and verbal communication Analytical reasoning and attention to detail Organization and follow-through Teamwork and collaboration Professional judgment and discretion Analytics & Decision Support Service Area - Typical Responsibilities & Duties (applies across roles, scaled by seniority): Build metrics, dashboards, and recurring reporting Perform ad hoc analysis to answer leadership questions Ensure data quality, documentation, and reproducible methods Standard Skills Required: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. | Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management. | Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones. | Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities | Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. | Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills | Strong communication skills, both oral and written. The ProSidian Engagement Team employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays). TRAVEL: Contractor travel beyond the minimum local commuting area of fifty (50) miles from the primary place of performance will be required to support this contract.
