One of the things that truly defines our agency is how connected we are to the community. We regularly run booths at local events like the Route 66 Festival, the Ozarks Food Truck Festival, Cars & Coffee, The Man Show, and many others. During the summer, we host monthly customer appreciation days at the officecomplete with free food, yard games like cornhole, and plenty of time for customers to connect with our team.Our office culture is tight knit, welcoming, and genuinely fun. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
