Benefits Enrollment Specialist Job Details: Schedule / Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Sat: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Schedule TBD Start Dates: March-April (Direct Hire) Pay Rate: Starts at $18/hr and increases to $21/hr during peak season Location: Norristown, PA (On-site) Benefits Enrollment Specialist Job Description: Assist customers with understanding and enrolling in health insurance plans Communicate through phone, email, and online chat Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and available options Conduct cost and plan comparisons for customers Enroll new members into their selected plans Support existing members with annual plan reviews Navigate multiple computer screens and systems efficiently Meet enrollment and conversion goals while delivering excellent service Benefits Enrollment Specialist Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Willing to obtain Health Insurance license (no cost to you) Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complex information Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to multitask High attention to detail with accurate data entry Strong communication skills-phone, written, and interpersonal Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working within extended operating hours (evenings and Saturdays) PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
