Coverage Needed: As soon as credentialed - ongoing Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends Main hospital may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts Clinical Information: Preference for provider to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's Required: Flexibility in Schedule: Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Requirements: BC/BE EM Providers who are not EM boarded, need at least 3 years of EM experience Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role Active FL License by Jobble
