Are you nearing the end of your Respiratory Therapy program or a recent graduate ready to step confidently into professional practice? Our Respiratory Therapy Residency Program is designed to support your transition from student to skilled Respiratory Therapist through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and progressive responsibility. We welcome applications from: Students in the final semester or final clinical phase of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Recent graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Individuals preparing to obtain state licensure and RRT credentials As a Respiratory Therapy Resident, you will: Provide respiratory care under appropriate supervision while building confidence and competence Work alongside experienced Respiratory Therapists and interdisciplinary care teams Gain exposure to a variety of clinical settings and patient populations Participate in structured orientation, education, skills labs, and competency validation Progress toward independent practice as licensure and competencies are achieved Requirements Enrollment in the final phase or recent completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Eligible for or ability to obtain state Respiratory Therapist licensure within a defined timeframe Eligible for or currently pursuing CRT or RRT credentials Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to independent patient care) Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
