This role combines strong clinical judgment, telemetry interpretation, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Job Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to patients with a wide variety of medical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring. Continuously monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed. Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and document all patient care activities accurately. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care strategies. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions. Follow established protocols for emergencies, including rapid response and code blue situations. Qualifications Active RN license in good standing. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg and telemetry units required. Proficiency in ECG interpretation and telemetry equipment operation. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills.
