The Opportunity Joining the Integration and Platform Architecture team offers the chance to lead Agile teams in delivering innovative Pegasystems application development solutions. As a Senior Associate, you'll tackle complex challenges while mentoring junior team members and cultivating solid client relationships. This role allows you to sharpen your technical skills, embrace uncertainty, and drive the growth of Agile practices within our organization. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote team collaboration. Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations. Identify and proactively address project risks. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively. Analyze team performance metrics to foster enhancements. Support the creation of innovative solutions for complex challenges. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Certification(s) required: Agile and Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent. What Sets You Apart Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field is preferred. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Experience acting as Scrum Master for Agile teams focused on Pegasystems application development. Skill in tracking team progress using Agile metrics. Encouraging collaboration across various functions and teams. Experience in assisting with backlog refinement and user story creation. Ability to promptly identify and resolve team impediments. Contribution to enhancing Agile maturity using frameworks like SAFe. Understanding of Pegasystems Platform fundamentals. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Pega Agile Studio. PwC is an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
