We invite you to take on the role of Lead Electrical Estimator, where you will spearhead the estimating process for intricate electrical projects, offering your expertise and guidance to our dedicated estimating team. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electrical estimating process from inception to completion. Assess project requirements and create comprehensive cost estimates. Review project specifications, designs, and blueprints to clarify the scope of work. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source pricing for materials and equipment. Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals. Mentor and nurture junior estimators, offering support and guidance as necessary. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in senior electrical estimating. Expertise in using electrical estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, or ConEst. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
