Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer Location-Morristown-New jersey Employment Type: Contact 4 months of contract Shift - 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday Pay -$30 to $34/hr Education - Bachelors Executive & Administrative Support Manage a complex, ever-changing executive calendar. Complete and reconcile expense reports. Draft, distribute, and maintain confidential correspondence and documentation. Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including comprehensive itineraries. Coordinate internal and external meetings, Board engagements, and community events. Prepare Board and Board Committee materials including agendas, minutes, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets. Utilize BoardEffect and related platforms to manage Board documentation. Strategic Coordination & Communication Act as a bridge between the Office and internal departments, Boards, clinicians, external partners, and community stakeholders. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, including sensitive or confidential matters. Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare executive briefings. Collaborate on regulatory state and national requirements as needed. Support cultivation and follow-up of relationships initiated by the Office. Serve as a workplace barometeridentifying emerging issues and recommending thoughtful, collaborative solutions. Keep the Chief of Staff and the Office informed of commitments, deadlines, and emerging priorities. Project & Operational Management Coordinate projects from conception through completion with strong stakeholder awareness. Handle matters proactively and expeditiously, often under deadline pressure. Maintain meticulous organization and documentation standards. Support ad hoc initiatives with potential organizational impact. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting C-level executives in large, complex organizations. Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat Social media platforms BoardEffect portal Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Ability to perform seamlessly under pressure while balancing multiple priorities. Highly resourceful, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. Forward-thinking mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
