We're seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team. Position Overview As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for vehicles at customers' locations - bringing dealership expertise directly to them. Key Responsibilities Perform mobile maintenance and repair services on Chevrolet vehicles at customer locations. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources. Complete scheduled service appointments accurately and efficiently. Ensure high standards of workmanship while meeting safety and quality protocols. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent. Provide clear communication to customers regarding services performed and recommendations. Collaborate with service advisors and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling. Uphold dealership image through professional interaction and exceptional customer care. RequirementsPrior experience as an automotive technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills. Comfort performing service on a variety of systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.). Strong communication skills and customer service focus. Ability to work independently and travel within the service area. Familiarity with Chevrolet/LGM-authorized tools and procedures is a plus. Must be able to lift tools and parts as needed, and complete hands-on work outdoors when required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
