What You'll Do as a Production Line Operator: Operate and maintain your assigned production line efficiently and safely. Perform quality checks and ensure documentation is completed accurately. Adjust machinery and troubleshoot issues to keep production flowing. Participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement. Keep your area clean and organized (6S environment). Train on and become certified in at least three workstation areas. Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: At least 6 months of recent manufacturing or military experience. High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset. Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs. Willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided).
