Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an Assembler on the 1st shift, where you will be responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing processes to convert raw materials into finished products, including soldering. This role offers the opportunity to work in a growing company with ample room for career advancement.Responsibilities Perform a variety of manufacturing processes including soldering to convert raw materials into finished products. Verify kitted raw materials for quantity and proper assembly. Follow written work instructions and direction from Lead Operator/Supervisor. Learn and execute tasks such as punching, potting, trimming, inspection, testing, measuring, wire stripping, cutting, laminating, bonding, baking, crimping, etc. Essential Skills General production experience. Soldering assembly experience. Ability to speak and read English. Use of hand tools and tape measure. Electrical assembly and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ready to learn attitude. The manufacturing floor is organized, bright, and well-lit, providing an optimal work environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, CT.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
