Seasoned Bilingual Customer Service Representative Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. We are growing and currently seeking a seasoned bilingual Customer Service Representative for our building materials distribution center in Grand Prairie. This role will also regularly support Will Call operations in the warehouse, providing hands-on assistance to customers and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (bilingual) engages customers via phone, email, and in person to promote and sell Rugby Architectural Building Products to both new and existing customers.
