SUMMARY The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) is a key member of our clinical team and is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients enrolled in our wellness programs, including weight loss, women’s health, men's health, sexual health, and longevity services. This role includes conducting patient appointments, developing care plans, and managing treatment in collaboration with our supervising/collaborating Physician Partners, in accordance with state-specific regulations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a structured, technology-driven telehealth environment. This role requires comfort managing a defined workflow, maintaining productivity standards, and navigating digital systems efficiently within a fully remote setting. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-quality, compassionate care via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including review of medical history, current medications, and new concerns. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Manage medication therapies in alignment with established clinical protocols and state regulations. Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently in accordance with documentation and compliance standards. Maintain productivity and reliability within scheduled clinical hours, including effective management of synchronous and asynchronous visits. Navigate EMR, telehealth, and internal communication systems (including Google Workspace) independently and in accordance with workflow standards. Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team, including coordination with primary care providers when appropriate. Provide clear and effective patient education. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality, protocol-aligned patient care. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION Active NP or PA license in good standing. National board certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA). Eligibility for multi-state licensure preferred. Telehealth experience, including synchronous and asynchronous care. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Chat, Docs, Gmail, Drive) and comfort working within cloud-based systems. Strong general computer literacy, including the ability to navigate EMR platforms, manage multiple systems, and troubleshoot minor technical issues independently. Ability to manage a moderate-to-high telehealth volume while maintaining clinical quality and documentation standards. Strong clinical decision-making skills and professional communication. Ability to work independently within established protocols and collaborative agreements. Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
