Front Desk Office Coordinator

Responsive Recruiter San Diego's premier private music school is looking for a full-time front desk team member to train at our Encinitas office but then be flexible to work at San Marcos and Encinitas locations after training. We are looking for Front Desk staff but there may be options to move into management and director positions with future growth. We offer 100% company-paid life insurance and health benefits. Must have reliable transportation to travel between our San Marcos and Encinitas offices as needed. No music or music education experience is required. Schedule: (subject to change) Shifts are rotated weekly: Day Shift (Required) 9:00AM - 5:30PM Night Shift (Required) 1:00PM - 8:30PM Saturday AM Shift (Required) 8:30AM - 4:00PM Sunday is closed, but for special events Business Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.Saturdays 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.Sundays OFF Some nights and some weekends are required during special events. Job Duties: Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, which sounds fantastic on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you). Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details. Selling our school over the phone to prospective clients is one of the most important parts of this role. Registering clients Processing paperwork Cleaning Communicating with teachers, staff, and clients. Selling minimal retail/supplies at the desk.
