About the Opportunity This outpatient clinic is experiencing steady growth and is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients return to optimal function. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented setting and values building strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Document patient progress accurately and efficiently Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and clinic standards Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active or eligible for Wisconsin Physical Therapist license Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply If you’re a Physical Therapist looking to join a growing outpatient clinic that values clinical excellence and professional development, we’d love to connect with you.
