Full Stack Software Engineer Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required. Your contributions are Collaborate with and contribute to a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks Gather requirements and make improvements to existing corporate tools Develop robust solutions for project and issue management, documentation, and configuration management Create custom workflows to automate tracking and enforce internal processes Independently drive feature development, taking ownership of the full development lifecycle Requirements for your new career Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree) 12 years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and building automation and integration tools Proven ability to identify manual processes and implement software solutions that reduce operational effort Hands-on experience designing custom workflows in the Atlassian product ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously, driving projects from concept to completion Knowledge of adjacent domains (dataflow, data science, mission analytics) is a plus Benefits of becoming a Visionist: We are a 100% employee-owned company, so our employees see the benefit of their contributions and have a stake in our overall success!
