CNC Machinist

Job DescriptionCNC Machinist Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience) Day ShiftAre you mechanically inclined with experience in machining and fabrication? A manufacturing facility in Sioux Center IA is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their day shift team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing new and replacement parts, maintaining machining equipment, and supporting production operations. Responsibilities: Fabricate new and replacement parts for system products according to company policies and procedures. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machining equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machine tools. Maintain and secure work tools and equipment. Clean and maintain the work area. Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use. Order tools and fabrication parts as needed. Provide back-up assistance to the Production Department. Educate and assist co-workers in operating machine shop equipment. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements: Advanced math skills required. Strong mechanical aptitude. Operational knowledge of machining equipment. Manual dexterity to safely operate machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
