In this position, you will work closely with orthopedic surgeons to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hand, joint, and sports-related conditions. Your expertise will help facilitate recovery and improve longstanding patient outcomes. The role involves a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional coverage at Cumberland and Stonecrest locations, ensuring diverse clinical experiences and community engagement. Required Skills: Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Accreditation and certification from relevant licensure bodies Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills within orthopedic care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hand, joint, or sports medicine cases Prior experience in orthopedic or surgical settings Knowledge of advanced orthopedic procedures and rehabilitation protocols Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Master s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Minimum two years of clinical experience in orthopedic or surgical care Prior experience working within a hospital or outpatient clinic setting Other Requirements: Local candidates only Willingness to occasionally provide coverage at Cumberland and Stonecrest locations Compliance with all state, federal, and local healthcare regulations Ability to obtain and maintain relevant state licenses and certifications Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification support when applicable This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with competitive pay, consistent weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a supportive team committed to your success.
