This is an associate-level opportunity that combines operational support, communications, and project coordination. You will support all levels of field operations and leadership while acting as the primary logistical coordinator for our vegetation management and line clearance projects, including related traffic control planning and support.Core Administrative Responsibilities· Manage communications for operational activities, which includes engaging with field operations to manage work schedules, coordinate planning activities, support back-office functions and traffic control permitting.· Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives to ensure organizational goals are met on time.· Perform data analysis of moderate complexity and use GIS tools/mobile platforms to record, track, and report on field progress.· Support the planning for cross-functional work activities, coordinate process details, and communicate directly with process stakeholders.· Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.Operational & Planning Support· Coordinate the scheduling of vegetation management activities to ensure traffic control requirements align with work. Support the alignment of activities between property owners, utility partners, and traffic control subcontractors to discuss access, permissions, and work timelines.· Manage the administrative workflow for gaining necessary permissions from landowners and coordinating traffic control/management logistics.· Liaise between management and field crews to ensure safety standards are communicated and operational bottlenecks are resolved.Qualifications & Skills· Ability to juggle executive-level admin tasks with the fast-paced logistics of field operations.· Exceptional writing and verbal skills for interacting with everyone from C-suite executives to local property owners.· Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and an aptitude for learning GIS (Geographic Information Systems).· A "can-do" attitude with the ability to navigate complex scheduling conflicts and changing environmental regulations.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.· 2+ years of relevant experience in executive support, project coordination, business administration, or similar role.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).· Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability when working with executives and sensitive information.What We’re Looking For· A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.· A team player who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.· A strong communicator who can bring clarity and organization to complex activities.Why Join Us· Exposure to fast-paced operations and strategic initiatives.· Opportunity to learn and grow into higher-level support roles.· Collaborative team environment with a focus on professional development.· Competitive compensation and benefits package.
