You are the voice of Mr. Appliance and will often be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be respoonsibel for managing a small staff of Customer Service Representatives and Corrdinating the Activities of our Service ProfessionsalsBenefits:No weekends or evenings!Specific Responsibilities:Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous mannerComplete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaintsSchedule customer appointments efficiently and assign them to the proper skilled Service ProfessionalsEnsure all Customer work orders are accuate and completeWork with the Service Professionals to ensure they have what they need each day for their servcie callsPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsJob Requirements:Minimum two years management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong data entry skillsPositive AttitudeTeam player who can work independentlyEach of the 350+ Mr. Appliance locations are independently owned and operated franchises.
