Hospital employed practice is seeking Urologist to join team ? Clinic hours are 7:00am-5pm, Monday ? Friday ? First year surgical volume expected to be 425-525 cases ? Cysto suite in hospital includes 3 scopes ? New physician will see 30+ patients per day ? Patient panel consists of 60% adult & 40% geriatric ? 3 da Vinci Robots ? Clinic across the street from the hospital ? Supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners ? Stable staff includes Administrator, Clinic Supervisor, 2 LPN?s & Scribe ? Practice EMR is Athena, hospital EMR is Paragon ? Clinic diagnostics include Ultrasound & KUB ? Experienced OR staff, Director tenure of 10+ years ? Blocked OR time available ? ASC on campus ? Practice call is Call is 1:3, Hospital call 7 days per month ? Less than 20% of call requires physician to come to hospital ? Year 1: $550,000 Base Salary ? WRVU Productivity Bonus ?
