Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality products that will last generations.We are currently looking for a Manager of our company to support and lead every facet of operation. As a manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating new leads, setting up distributors and embracing a multifaceted role in a manufacturing business.ResponsibilitiesManage overall company growth metrics are hit by all departments : design, sales and manufacturingSalesDrive the company forward by growing all departmentsGenerate new leads, deal with existing clients, develop distributorsDevelop a team around you with a collaborative teamwork spirit to achieve goalsEstablish and develop distribution partnerships and new sales opportunitiesBranding developmentYou must have:Excellent sales experienceA motivated leader with strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal teams and vendors.Ability to work well with deadlines, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.An expertly organized person with uncharted attention to detailProven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers in the industryUnderstanding of marketing i.e. social media, Google Ads, Email, Mailers and other forms of marketing.Experience in reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings as well as AutoCAD other 3D modeling softwareProficiency with analytical, scheduling and computer skill sets: CRM, Quickbooks, Google Suites. A technical acumen to learn necessary software.
