The Opportunity As a Senior Thematic Insights Analyst focused on Demographics and Talent at EY, you will become an expert in demographic and talent topics. You will lead specialized programs within this thematic area, providing high-impact analysis and insights on trends while collaborating to activate these insights with our clients. Recognized as a subject matter expert, you will support both our clients and EY leadership with analytical backing and strategic advice on developments within this critical domain. Your Key Responsibilities Develop a strong internal reputation as a leader and subject matter expert at both the business unit and executive levels. Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing our domain. Participate in client meetings and represent EY at select events to elevate our market presence. Collaborate with colleagues across Insights and Clients and Industries to enhance business development and service delivery. Drive the development of the Insights strategy for your domain, informed by a comprehensive understanding of its dynamics. Create substantial insights by leveraging EY's proprietary knowledge and working alongside Clients and Industries teams. Identify opportunities for cross-domain collaboration and disseminate insights among other teams. Synthesize diverse perspectives to create compelling insights that yield impactful results. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to derive analytic insights. Mentor less-experienced team members to enhance their abilities in research, analysis, data analytics, and visualization. Skills and Attributes for Success Exceptional presentation skills, with experience in influencing senior clients and internal decision-makers. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment. A proactive self-starter ready to introduce innovative ideas and insights to leadership. Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural setting. Strong oral and written communication skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts. Proven ability to build a robust network of internal and external contacts to shape valuable insights. Capacity for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. What We Look For We seek individuals who are curious and strategic thinkers, with a commercial mindset that draws from client experiences and broader marketplace dynamics. You should possess strong analytical capabilities and the ability to present insights compellingly, including to executive-level clients, in line with the domain's objectives. A collaborative attitude is crucial as you will address emerging issues with technical experts from across the EY network to deliver insightful content that elevates EY's standing in the marketplace while identifying new business opportunities and risks. What We Offer You We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards your performance and acknowledges the value you bring to our business. The base salary range for this position in the US is $138,200 to $266,000. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $165,800 to $302,300. Salaries are determined based on various factors, including education, experience, and geography. Our Total Rewards package also includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and numerous paid time off options.
