Responsibilities: Responsible for Purchasing functions for the Company. Interface with technicians, engineers, and managers to determine best components for fit, form & function replacements. Communicate and Track required delivery with actual and notify relevant personnel. Interface with Vendors for purchasing materials and equipment to support Company sales. Use competitive bidding practices to get the best price. Determine the best economical-purchase quantities to minimize the prices paid to our Suppliers. Coordinate directly with all Managers in the purchasing of all job-related and inventory equipment. Expedite equipment as necessary to meet delivery schedules. Assist in other Administrative areas as requested by the Company. The above jobs shall be performed in accordance with the processes and procedures defined in the Quality Management System Qualifications: Education: High School Practical experience and skill Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing and/or other administrative functions Excellent Telephone Communications skills Technical/Mechanical Aptitude Authorities: Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction in accordance with the processes and procedures defined in the Quality Management System.
