HR Clerk On-site: Van Nuys Pay: $22 to $25 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Clerk to support the Human Resources team with administrative functions, data entry, and HRIS management. This role will maintain accurate employee records in UKG, assist with benefits administration, track leave of absence (LOA) and workers compensation cases, and ensure timely follow-up on HR processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly accurate with data, and maintains confidentiality at all times. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry in UKG (HRIS) Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance Process and track benefits enrollments, changes, and necessary follow-ups Support and track LOA requests (FMLA, medical, personal, etc.) Assist with workers compensation documentation and follow-up with managers and third?party administrators Run, analyze, and maintain HR reports using UKG and Excel Audit HRIS data regularly and resolve discrepancies Provide general HR administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Qualifications 13+ years of HR administrative or HR Clerk experience Hands-on experience with UKG or a similar HRIS platform (required) Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Experience supporting benefits administration, LOA tracking, and workers compensation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filtering/sorting) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
