Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Check-in visitors and handle registration processes efficiently. Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization's services. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure effective time management for staff and clients. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with an ability to handle queries effectively.
