The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of residential construction and remodeling. Communicate professionally with clients and team members.This position requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be highly skilled in several trades and proficient in a wide range of construction tasks.Responsibilities:Perform general carpentry, framing, and structural repairsInstall and repair drywall, including hanging, taping, mudding, and finishingInstall various flooring types (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood)Construct and repair decks, fences, and exterior structuresInstall and repair siding and exterior trimPerform remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgradesAssemble cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other building componentsMeasure, cut, and shape materials accuratelyMaintain clean and safe job sites.Qualifications:Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, framing, flooring, decking, siding, fencing, and remodelingMastery or advanced skill level in at least 2 or 3 core tradesStrong understanding of construction methods and building practicesAbility to troubleshoot and complete projects with minimal supervisionValid driver's licenseReliable transportationAbility to lift 100 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoorsStrong work ethic and attention to detail.
