Permanent W2 position Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room or Urgent Care experience required New urgent care facility opening Located approximately 25 miles southwest of downtown Boston Easily accessible via the Franklin/Foxboro MBTA Commuter Rail line Schedule 33-36 hours per week Three shifts per week on an ongoing basis Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Clinical Responsibilities Independent evaluation and management of urgent care patients Must be proficient in urgent care procedures, including: Suturing Splinting Incision and drainage (I&D) Support & Resources Daily on-site support staff includes: Medical Assistant X-Ray Technician Receptionist Administrator Experience with Experity EMR preferred Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed salary (commensurate with experience) Full benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off: 2 weeks PTO 8 paid holidays Next Steps Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss this opportunity further.
