Valet Attendant - Restaurants Clayton Valet is looking to add more prompt, polite, and professional Valet Attendants to our Restaurants Team! Valet attendants are responsible for safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles and providing top tier service to our customers and clients at high-end restaurants. Weekend and evening availability is preferred. Starting pay is $10/hr + CASH TIPS, where top earners make up to $25/hr!! Compensation/Benefits: $10/hr starting + CASH TIPS - Top earners make upwards of $25/hr!! Select locations pay higher hourly rates 401(k) 4% Match - available after 3 months of employment Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance - available after a year of FT hours Holiday Pay (Time and a half for working select holidays) PTO accrual plan at hire Earned Wage Access Weekly Pay Employee discounts through ADP Locations: Clayton, MO St. Louis, MO Chesterfield, MO St. Charles, MO Shifts Available: Weekdays Weekends Mid-day Evening Primary Job Responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without safety incidents Promote good customer relations by providing service with a friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and a smile. Assist customers with any personal belongings, if requested (may require lifting up to 30lbs) Use and maintain valet equipment properly, including keeping equipment and the work area clean and organized Observe and practice traffic laws and safety precautions at all times Responsibly handle cash and credit card payments Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license Must pass criminal background check - no felonies Must have a clean driving record within the last 3 years Must pass a driving and parking test Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events High school diploma or GED Maintain professional appearance at all times Able to perform physical activities such as running and bending Able to stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to work in all elements (i.e. rain, snow, sunshine) Tattoos must be concealable
