Production Worker

Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for a floater role involving loading materials onto the line and stacking materials as they come off. You will perform visual quality inspections, cut tiles to size, and stack/palletize finished tiles. The tiles typically weigh 2 pounds each, but some can be heavier due to applications. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently, with team lifting required for anything over 50 pounds.Responsibilities Load and stack materials on and off the production line. Conduct visual quality inspections on products. Cut tiles to specified sizes. Palletize finished tiles for distribution. Participate in team lifting for heavier items. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation or production line. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in assembly and production tasks. Experience with finishing, cutting, and operating hand and power tools. Material handling and forklift operation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in visual quality inspection.
