Maintenance Mechanic

About the RoleComplete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to for a Class A building in NW, Washington, DC.  The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The typical day will go something like this: Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis:  Conduct daily building/equipment tours Perform other duties as assigned  Salary $25 per hourParking provided You Should Have High School Diploma Driver's License  Minimum 2 years' experience commercial building maintenance Computer skills a must Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment Must be familiar with steam operations, pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, ballast, etc. Dependable and reliable EOE, including disability/veterans Why You'll Love Working With UsAt Complete Building Services (CBS), we celebrate our diverse community of talented employees—and it shows.
