The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most-making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm - 6:00am) What You'll Do Supporting Production in the operation of the in-line Eremas. Working with Scheduling and Production to ensure that internal repro demands are met. Organize scrap/repro inventories and assists in scrap/repro shipments to other facilities including loading trucks. Follow housekeeping standards including sweeping, wiping down equipment, dumping garbage and trim, as required. Complete all quality checks as specified. Operate the rewinder, conducting quality check for defects, splicing and slitting as required. Back up the stretch wrapping station and assists in Shipping and/or Production as needed. Assist in staging resin and packaging supplies for Production if needed. Assist with inventory counts of scrap, repro, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies. Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Participates in Continuous Improvement activities and teams. What You'll BringEssential Qualifications: Must have previous forklift experience Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience Basic computer knowledge Previous manufacturing experience Compensation & BenefitsStarting Salary: Wages starting at $18.00 per hour.
