CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS & SHIFTS MONDAY - FRIDAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE 7AM - 3PM 3PM - 11PM 11PM - 7AM SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Work directly with individuals participating in our programs and report to the designated supervisor at your location. This role plays a key part in supporting participants through their journey. Your presence helps create a structured and stable environment that is essential during early stages of progress. You provide crucial support, help maintain healthy boundaries, and offer a listening ear during difficult moments. Your energy, dedication, and compassion can make a meaningful difference in someone's decision to keep moving forward. Screen and process new admissions. Coordinate in-house activities based on the program's schedule which could include chores, breaks, exercise time, leisure time and visitations. Conduct and document room searches and perform random searches of clients as directed by program supervisor. Supervise, where appropriate, clients taking their medications. Monitor urinalysis/drug screening and breathalyzer as instructed by supervisor on duty. Complete written reports, documentation, and electronic incident reports as required. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in relevant roles. Experience with supporting in substance abuse & co-occurring environments highly preferred. Must be able to provide clean criminal background, PA State Child Abuse Check and CPR/FA Certification.
