Front Desk Associate Preston Playhouse is an indoor pickleball, padel, and swim facility. The largest of its kind in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and situated in the heart of Dallas, this family-friendly destination offers 9 indoor pickleball courts, 2 indoor padel courts, and dedicated lounge and bar spaces. Preston Playhouse is the sister property of Banner House at T Bar M and located across the private membership club. As a Front Desk Associate at Preston Playhouse, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives outstanding service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Check in guests and manage reservation systems for club facilities Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints with discretion and efficiency Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scheduling, and data entry Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, POS/Club Automation) Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
