Business Project Manager I

This is a fully remote position for a special project with a duration of 10 months. We are seeking a professional with 5 years of experience to join our team. Role Responsibilities Serve as an IT Project Manager on the business side. Coordinate with Network Operations Center (NOC) and stakeholders. Act as a Product Owner and subject matter expert with NOC. Gather requirements effectively. Preferred Skills Experience in a SCRUM environment and as a product owner. Strong documentation skills. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Smartsheet. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Nice to Have Telecom experience with NOC. Education and Certification A Bachelor's degree in Business Technology is preferred but not mandatory. Equipment will be provided. This is a remote position with regular business hours, but candidates may be required to work extra hours during implementation phases. Preference will be given to candidates from CST or EST time zones, although candidates from other time zones are welcome if they are comfortable working CST or EST hours.
