Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Number of Beds - 41 Number of Staff – currently have accepted; working towards Type of staff: Day Shift – 4 RN and 5 LPN Night Shift – 4 RN and 4 LPN Patient Ratios – 1:6 Type of equipment – patient lifts; iSTAT, glucometer, administer inhalers/breathing treatments, EMR – Meditech Magic Typical Procedures: Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments Must Haves: - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of Rehab RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting - Read Telemetry - KS RN License - BLS and NIH Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have: - MediTech Experience - CCRN and ACLS Certification - Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting - Travel Experienceaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
