Air Service Development Analyst Responsible for assisting the Air Service Development team at CVG Airport. The role involves supporting the planning, organization, and evaluation of the department's activities, operations, and services. The analyst will work closely with the Director and other team members on various air service development initiatives, market research, and strategic route planning. Essential duties include: Assist in identifying and analyzing opportunities for new and incumbent route development. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Support the creation and presentation of business cases on strategic topics such as target routes/destinations, tourism and business trends, Domestic and International airport comparisons, and target airlines. Assist in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to airline executives. Monitor and report on industry developments and competitive landscape. Compile, analyze, and share data internally to support strategic decision-making. Develop new reports and maintain data reporting systems to streamline information sharing within the team. Supports updates to business plans for air cargo and passenger segments. Develop and maintain relationships with airline representatives and other stakeholders. Create and update presentations, maintain and update files and records. Provide administrative support, including compiling data for reporting and distribution. Organize logistics for meetings with freight carriers and airline partners. Represent CVG Airport at industry conferences and networking events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on promotional campaigns for new routes. Assist with planning and organizing client and industry events. Ability and willingness to travel both Domestic and International as needed for airline meetings, conferences, and industry events. Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Education/experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1 year of experience in data analysis, presentation of findings and provision of recommendations. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
