Data Domain Location: Totowa, NJ - 100% ONSITE Duration: 06/23/2025 to 08/15/2025 Requirements: Drug Test and Background Check Skills: VEEAM Description: The first priority of the customer is to ensure the Data Domain has the latest firmware updates. The resident will work with customer support to gather the requirements needed to schedule the CS team to perform the firmware updates The second priority is to get their environment to a stable place. CIO is looking for the resident to be a trusted advisor and assist her team with: Day to day backup tasks/activities Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user and backup policy) to identify areas of improvement Conduct knowledge transfer to address the customer team members skills and "product" gaps General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed Monitors, reviews, and manage backup environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
