This role is located in one of our offices in the greater Kansas City area including Lawrence, KS, Topeka, KS, St. Joseph, MO, and Warrensburg, MO. What You'll Do During the Management Trainee Internship, each day is filled with dynamic opportunities to learn and contribute. You will: Gain hands-on experience in managing a vehicle fleet and providing exceptional customer service. Develop innovative marketing strategies and build strong relationships with customers and team members. Participate in various intern projects that will challenge and inspire you while engaging in friendly competition with your peers. Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards based on your contributions. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester, with no more than three semesters left to graduate. At least 4 months of experience in retail/professional commissioned sales and/or customer service in the past three years. Leadership roles in organizations, military experience, or participation in college/professional athletics will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience. A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, and no drug or alcohol convictions (e.g., DUI/DWI) in the past three years. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future. A commitment of 10 weeks is required.
