Required Skills: Valid medical license in relevant state(s) Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology Proven experience in pediatric anesthesia procedures and protocols Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced settings Nice to Have Skills: Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Experience with regional anesthesia techniques in pediatrics Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of a pediatric anesthesia fellowship Minimum of 2 years of pediatric anesthesia experience in a hospital or clinical setting Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in on-call rotations Flexibility to travel as needed for coverage or training Maintaining up-to-date certifications and licensure Commitment to adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards This is a remarkable opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful difference.
