This role provides a dynamic opportunity to maximize your career potential and develop your leadership skills as you: Develop rapport and positive working relationships with facility personnel and fellow employees to identify and address needs effectively. Oversee internal marketing efforts to strengthen relationships with staff and residents, ensuring community leaders are informed about our programs. Manage site productivity and implement necessary changes to meet budget goals. Maintain an adequate caseload to help the rehab department meet operational standards. Assess patient needs and design clinical programs that cater to the facility's demographics. Direct and train team members in delivering clinical services across various disciplines. Coordinate daily operations of the rehab department with facility staff to implement effective therapy programs. Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with stakeholders. Manage staff scheduling to meet caseload requirements and ensure effective patient scheduling. Oversee CliniFax management and ensure compliance with physician signature requirements on therapy plans. Foster open communication and solid relationships between rehab staff, facility staff, and corporate personnel at Legacy. Assist in orientation and training for new staff, collaborating with ARD/MSM to uphold company, state, and federal standards. Position requirements: To qualify, you need: A clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Three to five years of experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living environments; supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory. A degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in a relevant field (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP). Current licensure and registration in the respective state where you will be working. Pay Range: USD $30.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
