Regular in-person participation is expected throughout the year, with team and company-wide offsites organized several times a year to enhance collaboration, relationship building, and alignment as a unified force. We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to spearhead crucial initiatives within our HR Technology ecosystem—from assessing new solutions to overseeing custom developments and integrating AI-enhanced tools for an improved employee experience. This role sits within our People Success domain and directly reports to the Head of HR Technology. It's a significant opportunity for someone who can navigate multiple domains and not just delve deeply in one area. You will closely collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to create and provide modern, user-friendly tools that improve employee work experiences while ensuring scalability for our teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead a range of strategic HR tech initiatives, including internal tools, third-party solutions, AI capabilities, and integrations with platforms like Slack and Google Workspace. Assess and integrate new technologies, whether through in-house development or third-party tool adoption. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from vision creation and prioritization to implementation, user adoption, and subsequent iterations. Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that achieve both business objectives and exceptional user experiences. Engage vendors and internal stakeholders to align priorities, mold roadmaps, and expedite project delivery. Utilize emerging AI capabilities to modernize and streamline workflows within the HR ecosystem. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, and track progress towards clearly defined outcomes. Establish metrics for success and advocate for ongoing improvements across the HR Tech stack. What We Seek: A minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with measurable outcomes. A strong history of making decisive buy vs. build choices and successfully delivering on both. Experience engaging with multiple HR domains and assimilating tools into productivity platforms like Slack or Google Workspace. Proven ability to lead AI-forward initiatives, from exploration through to implementation. Confidence in influencing senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to converge around impactful solutions. Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with technologies including AI/ML, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. A robust sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion for leveraging technology to enhance workplace dynamics. Job #: P75565 Compensation Information: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this role ranges as follows: $176,035-$207,100 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus potential, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
