Position Overview Join our dynamic marketing team at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation as a Senior Product Manager for Interventional GI & Accessories. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative endoscopes and accessories crucial for endoscopic procedures, working collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders (KOLs). You will contribute to product commercialization strategies that evolve with the changing healthcare landscape. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Interventional GI & Accessories product team, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders for effective product development and commercialization. Develop and nurture strong partnerships with KOLs, facilitating presentations, site visits, and engagement at industry events to support product feedback and development. Provide in-depth knowledge regarding clinical and market trends, including insights into competitors and customer preferences. Assist in sales demonstrations, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and operational goals. Craft and drive strategic 3-to-5-year plans for product portfolio management, focusing on commercialization, marketing, and clinical strategies to enhance market share. Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to remain informed of product developments and share successful practices. Oversee the entire lifecycle of new products, from pre-release to launch and beyond, ensuring successful market entry and ongoing evaluation. Partner with sales and technical teams to execute field initiatives effectively. Manage trade show participation, focusing on objectives, logistics, and execution of successful events. Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and internal staff, offering expert opinions and solutions as needed. Facilitate training sessions focused on product operations, reprocessing, and compliance requirements. Develop product evaluation protocols and manage the evaluation process, summarizing results for global headquarters. Design strategies to enhance the recognition of the clinical and economic advantages of Fujifilm technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of marketing experience in a medical capacity, with 8 years specifically in medical devices. Experience in Interventional GI is preferred. Demonstrated focus on results and the ability to identify priorities and resolve early-stage issues. A strong sense of urgency when addressing business expectations and adapting to changing organizational needs. Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration, with strong motivation skills. Exceptional communication and analytical skills, proficient in problem-solving. Proficient in standard office software applications. Strong time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with general, thoracic, and pulmonology products and procedures. Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system dynamics is desirable. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for a significant portion of the workday. Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods, including typing. Ability to communicate effectively with others by talking and listening. Ability to lift and carry light items as needed. Close vision capabilities for clear sight at near distances. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends, up to 50% of the time, primarily domestic but may include international travel. A valid driver's license is required.
