Construction Laborer Concrete Coatings

We are hiring an installer who takes pride in doing the job right every time. At Abbruzzese Floors Inc, we install high-performance resinous concrete coating systems across Long Island. The work is hands-on, technical, and detail-driven. We operate with clear systems and high standards. This is not a fast and loose crew. We move with purpose. We expect consistency. Experience is not required, but professionalism is. We will train the right person. What matters most is ownership, reliability, and a strong drive to master a skill. We are looking for someone who wants to lead themselves first and eventually lead others. What we offer: • Full-time position • PTO: Sick, personal, and vacation days provided • Training Provided Responsibilities: • Use large orbital grinders • Use 7” hand grinders • Prepare and restore concrete surfaces • Mix and apply polyurea coating systems • Follow established install procedures • Keep job sites clean and organized • Maintain and clean equipment • Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment • Work steadily with attention to detail • Communicate respectfully with clients and crew Qualifications: What We Look For • Shows up on time • Takes ownership of their work • Does not cut corners • Prefers clear direction over chaos • Can lift 50 to 150 lbs • Can work long shifts when needed • Has a valid driver’s license • Has reliable transportation Entry-level candidates welcome. We provide in-house training.
