Job Title: OCI Project Manager (Pharma Domain) Location: Atlanta, GA (Travel required for milestone meetings - travel expenses covered) Visa: Any visa except OPT and H1B Role Overview We are seeking an experienced OCI Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical domain to lead an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing OCI projects, especially migrations from E-Business Suite (EBS) to OCI, and will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and traveling to Atlanta, GA for key project milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration projects, with a focus on pharmaceutical business needs. Plan, execute, and monitor migration activities from EBS to OCI. Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports. Conduct milestone reviews and attend on-site meetings in Atlanta as needed. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage change requests, resource allocation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with senior management and business stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager. Hands-on experience in migration from EBS to OCI. Strong knowledge of OCI services, architecture, and best practices. Prior experience working with pharmaceutical companies or pharma-related projects. Excellent project management skills with tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to travel to Atlanta, GA for milestone meetings (client will cover travel costs). Preferred Qualifications PMP or other project management certifications. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion Applications, or related Oracle Cloud solutions. Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma or life sciences.
