Financial Administrator / Accounting & Operations Assistant Location: Boca Raton, FL in-office MUST be local Salary: up to $90k BOE Pridestaff is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial, accounting, and logistics functions across multiple small companies for a manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise experience looking for professional growth. Core Responsibilities Accounting: Manage daily functions in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (bills, payments, AR/AP, and journal entries). Reporting: Generate financial reports, assist with monthly/annual statements, and maintain complex Excel tracking sheets. Compliance: Handle quarterly sales tax filings, maintain stockholder ledgers, and assist with AGM documentation. Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international shipping (FedEx, DHL, etc.) and liaise with warehouse providers. Inventory: Manage POs and reconcile inventory counts using QuickBooks advanced inventory features. Admin: Provide general office support, including phone/email correspondence and digital filing. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 24 years in accounting or administrative support. Software Mastery: Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Microsoft Excel is mandatory (an assessment test will be required). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, PPT, Outlook). Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to interact diplomatically with international clients and vendors. Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and a strong professional work ethic. Preferred Attributes Experience with purchase order management and inventory tracking. Familiarity with international shipping and logistics coordination. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
